Where it helps
You are good at your job. The gap is saying what you know quickly, clearly and naturally in the moments that matter. Lessons go straight at those moments.
01 / Interviews
Projects, trade-offs and mistakes, in answers that sound like you and not like a script. Technical and behavioural, including US-company style interviews.
02 / Presentations
Open with the point, walk through a technical argument, and handle the hard question from the back of the room without losing your thread.
03 / Meetings
Disagree politely, ask for clarification, give feedback and steer a discussion back on track, with international teams and managers.
04 / Writing
Pull request descriptions, Slack threads, emails and documents with wording that is precise, natural and easy to act on.
How I teach
Bring the talk, the job post, the message you cannot quite word, or a recording of a meeting that went badly. That is the lesson.
Not every mistake matters. I focus on where your meaning gets lost or sounds unnatural to a native ear, in the situations you care about.
We practise the exact phrases out loud until they are yours, so the same afternoon you can use them in the meeting, the interview or the message.

About Mack
I am Mack, a native English speaker from the US, living in Bangkok. Before I taught, I spent more than a decade in technology and startups: working with international teams, leading projects and pitching to investors. These days I teach adults from around the world, especially software engineers, tech professionals and founders.
Most of my students already understand English well. Their challenge is using it confidently when the pressure is real. So we practise the language of the job, not generic business English from a textbook.

Adults at roughly B2 to C1 who can already hold a conversation in English and want it to be sharper at work. I built them for engineers and other tech professionals, and anyone in business at that level is just as welcome.

We work on your real material: a talk you are giving, a job description, a message you need to send, or a recording of a meeting you want to handle better. I point out where your meaning gets lost or sounds unnatural, we practise the exact phrases you need, and you leave with wording you can use the same day.
No. I cannot honestly promise a score, a job offer or a timeline, because those depend on where you start, how much you practise, and things neither of us controls. What I do promise is lessons built around your real situations, with clear feedback you can use straight away.
Lessons are always online. I am based in Bangkok, Thailand (UTC+7), so mention your time zone when you suggest times.
